"Many years ago one of my old friends gave me an idea of this artwork. It was first year after 9.11.01, and patriotic art was very popular at that time. My friend liked beadwork I've done on my mini-skirt. She said: "Each woman would like to have such cute beads on her skirt". So, the "thinks-links-chain" was next:
1) all women like beads.
2) American Lady is a woman too.
3) for me, 1st American lady I knew was Lady Liberty.
4) Because she is a statue, I can't make a beads for her.
5) but I can make an artwork from beads.
6) It should be beadwork art of: Lady Liberty.

So this beadwork is 1st in series. My 1st beadwork art. Not for sale.

My father often said: "There are two most beautiful women in this world, two greatest Queens of beauty. They are: 1st is my wife Sarah, and 2nd is Lady Liberty from New York City". And I agree with my father. My mom is SUPER ! I'm proud of her. And Lady Liberty is soooooo cute, sweet & adorable. So, this artwork is about metal lady, the Queen of New York."
